Biography:
Paul L. Millirons was one of the founding partners of the firm and has practiced law since 1958. Upon graduating with a B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, he spent five years during the Korean conflict as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force. He returned to law school after that service and graduated in 1958. He commenced his practice by clerking for a Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama for nine months. He moved from that position to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Alabama. There, he became the first Assistant U.S. Attorney, the primary trial attorney in that office. Mr. Millirons moved to Huntsville in 1964 and has practiced there since that date.
Mr. Millirons is involved in the general practice of law. His practice includes representing clients in all types of litigation, other than criminal cases. He is authorized to practice in all federal and state courts in the State of Alabama. His trial practice includes tort claims (including automobile accidents), contract litigation of all types, including construction contract litigation, probate matters appealed to Circuit Court for jury trials, and domestic relation trials. Mr. Millirons also represents the State of Alabama and other governmental agencies, in condemnation cases, as well as owners whose property is being condemned by a governmental authority.
Mr. Millirons also has an active real estate practice representing individuals involved in all types of real estate transactions, including representing commercial and residential developers, contractors and private homeowners.
Mr. Millirons is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bar Association Contract Litigation Division, State Bar of Alabama, and the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association.
