Biography:
Matthew R. Harrison began the practice of law in 2009 with the law firm of Stephens, Millirons, Harrison & Gammons in Huntsville, Alabama. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2009, after receiving his undergraduate degree from Samford University in 2006. While at Samford, Matt served as President of the Student Government Association and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
Matt represents lenders, developers, builders and individuals in the acquisition, construction, leasing and conveyance of residential and commercial property in local and multi-state transactions. As a part of his real estate law practice, Matt actively represents numerous Homeowners Associations throughout North Alabama in formation and compliance. He also represents sellers in the disposition of REO property.
In addition to the above, Matt’s practice as a transactional lawyer affords him the opportunity to represent banks and businesses in various secured transactions. He has a limited corporate practice, representing small businesses in their organization and operation. He also has a limited estate practice, representing clients in the drafting of wills and administration of estates, as well as other matters in Probate Court.
